How do Trade-Ins work?
Our exchange program allows you to bring in new or gently used baby and children's clothing and exchange them for store credit. A convenient way to recycle high-quality clothing while also getting new or like-new items in the next size up from our pre-loved or retail collection. Drop off items are welcome in-store during business hours.

Fill out our customer form to become a registered seller. Review our policy and procedure.

Bring your items to our Highland Park storefront and our team will sort through your items for a quick "condition" check.

Receive an offer
Within 48 hours, you will recieve an email offer for your items. Instanly approve or decline your store credit offer.

Items we accept
In-season, children's clothing that is clean and in good condition. We focus on building our preloved inventory with independent brands of higher quality. Currently, we only accept preloved clothing for children in sizes newborn to 10 years.

Items we don't accept
Out of season styles, stained, or damaged clothing. We try not to accept clothing from big box retailers such as, Old Navy, Carter’s, Cat & Jack, Macy’s etc. Right now we only take clothing, no toys or accessories.
